	All the above rates are in Thai Baht, including 10% Service Charge exclude government tax.
	For Weekend (Fri - Sat) minimum stay 2 nights.
	Extra person charge (No Extra Bed) -For 1 pax 500 baht Include Breakfast

	Check in 13.00 pm. and Check out 12.00 am.
	Surcharge for Long Weekend : 300 Baht / per room/ night

Transfer: by Speed Boat Tip at to the resort 2,500 Baht for 1-12 person.

Cancellation & No Show Charges:

	Cancellation must be made in written notice with our acknowledgement within 21 days prior to arrival date, otherwise the first night rate of the period will be charged.
	In case of no show, total payment will be charged.
	Early check-out is non-refundable.

Payment Policy:

Full prepayment within 15 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
